Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (including wrong size sent):
  • You must provide clear images showing the issue.
  • Once approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • The item must still be returned to our warehouse for review.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Returns for Other Reasons
If you wish to return an item for reasons such as:
  • Not liking the product
  • Change of mind
You may still return the item within 7 days of receiving it, but:
  • You will receive store credit only (no cash refunds).
  • The product must be returned to our warehouse for review.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for any return:
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original packaging must be included.
5. Return Process
